  1. A1: I personally love the spilt complementary color one, because I like how you chose to distinguish the background and the subject by using the color difference. Also all the details you put in show how you play around with the saturation of colors.
A2: Overall I like all your composition, but I just feel that the second one doesn't really fit in with the others. The optical mix makes the whole picture looks really intense, while the others look more calming. So maybe play with different size of optical mix like what we did in class?
A3: In some compositions I see a clear line of connection, but in some of them I couldn't really tell. Maybe you were trying to connect the positive space and negative spaces? Nevertheless, your project looks really cool. I wish I can learn some of the technics you used in this project.

  2. 1. The most visually striking picture is probably the sixth one. Not because of the color technique, but because of the white outline that all the shapes have. The contrast between white and all the other colors really pops out.

    2. The least striking picture is probably the fourth one. The similar colors and the round-ish shapes make it seem muddy and doesn't pop out as much.

    3. There seems to be a subtle flow of shapes throughout the book and a gradual change in the color scheme.
